Event Safety

The world has changed and live events are changing with it; a new outdoor concert series bringing Edmontonians and Albertans together is here. We're making it safer and more intimate while creating more space and keeping the same excitement and togetherness that guests have come to expect from a live event. In accordance with all current Alberta Health guidelines, the Together Again Outdoor Concert Series is committed to delivering a safe experience for everyone in attendance. All attendees will be asked to adhere to the health and safety guidelines that we've developed so that we can all safely share in one of the most memorable events of the summer.

Mandatory Masks

Masks must be worn at all times, except for when seated at your table.

Event Staff will continually monitor and clean high traffic areas and hand sanitizer will be readily available.

All attendees must adhere to the social contract and festival guidelines; no exceptions!

In-Seat Service

Together Again will be using the Rooam contactless payment platform allowing attendees to order food, drinks and merchandise directly to your tables in a safe and efficient way! Scan the QR code at your table and pay with your phone via all major credit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Sit back and relax as our Event Staff will deliver your purchases straight to your seat!

All Event Staff will have training in advance about the safety procedures for maintaining hygiene including hand washing, wearing gloves when serving and delivering food. Staff will be required to wear masks at all times. We take safety first and will be providing a comfortable and clean experience for all that attend the events.

Festival Grounds

With over 350,000 square feet of event space, there is plenty of room for you to enjoy the live music from the comfort of your reserved table for the day! The first weekend of the series will be at less than 10% of the capacity of the outdoor space and the subsequent weekends at less than 25%. Think of it as a giant restaurant patio with some of your favourite bands playing live on stage!

Getting Here

The Together Again Outdoor Concert Series is set to take place at the historic Racetrack Infield on the Edmonton Exhibition Lands (formerly Northlands Park). Located in Treaty 6 Territory - Amiskwacîwâskahikan ᐊᒥᐢᑲᐧᒋᐋᐧᐢᑲᐦᐃᑲᐣ, south of the Edmonton EXPO Centre. There is paid parking available in the EXPO Centre Parking lot to the east of the grounds or a ride share drop-off area near the festival entrance in the old casino parking lot. Please be respectful of the surrounding communities when coming and going from the event! Coliseum Station is the nearest LRT stop and a short walk to the front gates.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm having problems with my ticketing order!

Don’t panic! If you are having any technical difficulties on the ticketing system, please visit support.tixr.com and submit a Support Ticket (blue button at the top right) and a Tixr Customer Service Agent will help you out!

What are the set times?

Doors open at 3pm and music ends at 10pm. Artist set times for each event will be posted on our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) closer to the show date; follow us for the latest news and info on there! Lineup and schedule are subject to change.

What food and amenities are available at the festival?

The festival site is fully licensed! Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase, as well as various food options including options for those with dietary restrictions. All food and beverages will be ordered by scanning a QR code at your table and paying with your phone. Then enjoy in-seat-service with everything delivered right to your table as it’s prepared!

Are there any live stream ticket options available?

Nope – everything is live and in-person!

Will I be sitting with random people?

Nope! You are buying all the seats at that table and it’s all yours!

Do we all have to arrive at the same time?

Nope – if you are buying a table for 4 people, you will get 4 separate bar codes for admission.

Can I buy a solo ticket?

Unfortunately there are only reserved table options for groups of two, four or six people per table. Individuals may buy a table for two but would be paying for both tickets. Three people may buy a table for four but would be paying for all four tickets. Groups larger than six may purchase multiple tables in the same area, but they cannot be moved together.

Do I need to show a proof of vaccination / be fully vaccinated to attend?

Nope. All are welcome.

Can I dance?

Of course! We just ask that you tuck in your chairs and dance near your table, being respectful & mindful of those around you.

Will you be lifting restrictions as Alberta opens into Stage 3?

Some yes, some no. We will not be taking away the tables, reducing the space in between, or increasing the capacity. We want the festival grounds to feel comfortable for everyone in attendance no matter your situation. Guidelines that may change or be adapted could be mandatory mask rules and cohort limitations.

What is the refund policy?

What happens if I feel sick leading up to the event?

STAY HOME! If you are feeling symptoms leading up to the festival, please do not come! Contact us at info@togetheragainyeg.ca to discuss options.

Can I leave and come back?

There will be no re-entry for this festival. Please ensure you have everything you need for the day before you arrive on site!

How much are tickets?

Tickets for the first weekend (August 6-8) range from $59-$69 per person. Tickets for the rest of the events range from $69-$129 per person, depending on where you are sitting.

How big are the tables?

Six person tables are all 6′ x 2.5′ plastic tables. In Tier 1, four person tables are 6′ as well. Tier 2 and 3 four person tables are 4′ x 2′. All two person tables are 4′ x 2′.

What kind of chair can I bring?

Chairs must be single person, collapsible, and not recline, have protruding leg rests or be oversized. Keep an eye on our social media channels for further clarification!

Where can I park? Is there a shuttle service?

There is paid parking available in the EXPO Centre Parking lot to the east of the grounds or a ride share drop-off area near the festival entrance in the old casino parking lot. Please be respectful of the surrounding communities when coming and going from the event. There is no dedicated festival shuttle service. Coliseum Station is the nearest LRT stop.

Are there any handicapped accessible areas?

The park is fully handicapped accessible within its own limitations of being a natural uneven grass/clay surface. There is very limited accessible parking in the lot nearest the festival entrance but it cannot be reserved. Accessible washrooms will be available on site. Please reach out if there is anything we can do to assist or make your experience more accommodating.

Can I bring my infant?

No, these events are all 18+.

Is there a smoking area? Is cannabis allowed?

Cannabis is treated the same as tobacco; it must be consumed in the designated smoking area. Standard laws apply in regard to carrying, selling or illegal use of the product which will be governed by the Edmonton Police Service. Please respect others around you when smoking.

I can't get the QR code to scan, the Rooam system to work, payment to go through, my phone is too old or my phone ran out of juice - help!

Fear not! There are Customer Service tents located at each bar (choose the one nearest your table) and at the food service tent towards the back of the festival grounds to assist in placing your order or helping to get your phone working! Each table has a specific QR code or URL to go to on your device so do not try to scan other codes or you’ll be sending food/drinks their way!

My food/drinks/merch has taken a long time, when is it coming?

There are Customer Service tents located at each bar (choose the one nearest your table) and at the food service tent towards the back of the festival grounds to assist in tracking down your order. You must be present at your table to receive your order with valid photo ID.

How many drinks can I order?

The Rooam system will allow for orders for your entire table, however you are only allowed up to two alcoholic beverage servings per person at each table as per AGLC legislations. If you order more than you are allotted, the Event Service Staff may have to bring it back at a later time. Staff and Security has the right to cut off alcohol sales to any patrons that are overly intoxicated.

I have gotten my COVID vaccination - do I still have to wear a mask?

Yes, nobody is exempt from following the festival health and safety guidelines. We will keep everyone informed if the mandatory masking policy is lifted closer to the event dates.

I cannot wear a mask, can I still come?

We’re sorry, but this event isn’t for you. There are no exceptions to the festival safety guidelines for anyone. Once you are seated at your Reserved Table with your cohort group, you can remove your mask to enjoy the food and beverage options available on site. We will keep everyone informed if the mandatory masking policy is lifted closer to the event dates.

What should I bring?
  • Mask that fully covers nose and mouth and secures around your ears or head
  • Government issued photo ID
  • Personal hand sanitizer (under 200mL in size, 1 per person)
  • Small sealed snacks
  • Credit card (this is a cashless site)
  • Personal chair (see Tickets page for more details)
  • Wagon (must be fabric and collapsible)
  • Additional layers of clothing and rain gear
  • Portable phone charger/battery

Festival Management & Security reserves the right to prohibit entry to persons and/or items based on festival rules and their discretion. All guests and their belongings will be subject to search prior to entering the festival site.

What should I leave at home?
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted (small snacks only)
  • Illegal narcotics or illicit drugs
  • Glass containers or glass of any kind
  • Umbrellas of any size
  • Beach balls, frisbees, sports or any other recreational equipment
  • Coolers or strollers
  • Hard-sided wagons that do not collapse
  • Oversized or reclining chairs, 2-person chairs, inflatable chairs, etc
  • Professional cameras, drones, selfie sticks or audio/video recording devices
  • Pets (service animals only)
  • Weapons or anything that could resemble a weapon, tools, etc
  • Noise makers, fireworks, multi-tools, pocket knives or any other potentially harmful items

Dangerous items can and will be confiscated at Festival Management and Securities discretion. All guests and their belongings will be subject to search prior to entering the festival site.
